MUSIC VIDEO
Simple, my experience was a rollercoaster ride, full of ups
and downs during the whole film. You already probably know me, you are right, I
am Stella De Guzman, the girl from the Music Video, Mirrorball, who Ma’am Vladimir
called “For the first time, Mom” during the awarding.
So how did I end up being the main lead, the main character,
Stella De Guzman. It was during our group virtual meeting, October 31, when my
groupmates decided to choose the song, the production team, the scenarios, and
the casts. And luckily, I had some internet turbulence that I couldn’t join the
meeting, and without my knowledge, I suddenly became the main character, this
time for real, and not just on my dreams. Although, I was a bit unsure of
myself being the main character, and if I can really pull it off, I realize my
groupmates won’t choose me as the main character if I’m not fit for it. So,
when Julienne, our director/cinematographer, set the date for our filming, I tried
to clear my schedule beforehand for the filming. Thankfully, it only took us two
to three days to film the whole music video, with cooperation and participation
of the whole team.
Overall, it was a great experience to look back into years from now, as I was able to acquire such great memory, being able to be the main lead, and was given an award as the best actress. Which up until now made me think what our professor did saw on my acting. To my groupmates, especially, to Julienne Sison, who made our music video marvelous, Thank you. To all my groupmates, the scriptwriters, the minor characters, and extras. Thank you. To ma’am, who made us do this, thank you ma’am for the opportunity to showcase our talents that we don’t know we have.
